Councilman Neils introduced the foIIo:-ring Resolution, and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-590
ORDERING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 501
FERNBKOOK LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted October 28, 1974 fixed a date
for Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Fernbro6k Lane between T.H. 55
and -approximately 2000 feet north by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter, drainage structures and all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing by two weekly publications of the
required notice was given and the hearing was. held thereon on the 18th day. of Novervier, .
1974 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOJA:
• 1. That the limits of the improvement shall be between T.H: 55 and approximately 1.000 feet
north (north line of Lot 1, Block 2, Fox Meadows First Addition).
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
November 18, 1974.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Adderlik• and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as engineer -
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of -
such improvement. _
AND FURTHER, staff is directed to coordinate this resolution with plans for the South
side of Fernbrook, insofar as necessary for the intersection design the State is
proposing.
