Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spacial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 9th day of
December , 19 74 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils,_Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 74- 589
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 503 - NATHAN LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 4th day of November, 1974, fixed
a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Nathan. Lane between
County Road 9 and 49th Avenue by the construction of 9 ton biLuminaus street with
concrete curb and gutter and related storm sewer construction and all necessary
appurtenances,
AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
is
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 2nd day
of December, 1974 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted December 9, 1974.
2. The improvement shall consist of 9 ton bituminous street construction, concrete
curb and gutter with related storm sewer construction between County P^Iad 9 and
45th Avenue together with revisions to the Frontage Road at County Foad 9; and
at this time gravel base construction between 45th and 49th Avenue.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as :he engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was Auly seconded by
Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the Following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: Councilman Neils. Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
