CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of the City
Council of the City 'if Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on tie 9th day
of December , 19 74. The following members were present: Mayor Hild
Councilmen un , e s, Se-fFo1d and Spaeth
The following members were absent:- none

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-583
BOND REDUCTION - MANOR ROYAL APARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Metram Properties, as Developer of Manor Royal Apartments located at
approximately 39th and Lancaster Lane have deposited with the City of Plymouth
an escrow account in the amount of $3,000.00 to cover certain corrective work,
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed this corrective work,
NOW, THEREOFRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the $3,000.00 escrow account for the Manor Royal Apartments,
File A-205, is hereby reduced to $0.00; and said $3,000.00 shall be returned
to Metram Properties, the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of t!ie foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spap� and upon vote beingtaken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly-Vassed and adopted.
