CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day
Qf December , t9 74 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
C0Hunt, Neils, SeT6oTd and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-582
BOND REDUCTION MEADOWLAWN ESTATES 4th ADDITION
WHEREAS, Marvin Anderson Homes, as Developer, have platted Meadowlawn Estates 4th Addition,
and therein dedicated certain streets, and pursuant to certain provisions of the City
Ordinances and Development Contract No. A-177 dated March 9, 1972 have undertaken to
construct certain utilities within said plat, and
WHEREAS, Marvin Anderson Homes, as developer, have filed and also made thEir request
for bond reduction to reflect completed work on said streets, sanitary sewer, and water
main, and storm sewer in said plat by the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined and inspected said streets and utilities and
recommends the reduction in the bond by the City to reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY -RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Bond No. 12-302-72, Meadowlawn Estates 4th Addition, Part B, issued
by Wisconsin Surety Corporation in the amount of $68,689.00 is reduced to $0.00;
and that the City of Plymouth retain Bond No. 902602 issued by the Integrity Mutual
Insurance Company dated March 4, 1974 in the sum of $20,362.17 to cover the remaining
work in Part A and Part B of Meadowlawn Estates 4th Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof:. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seiboldand Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
