CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a e meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was re d on the 2nd day
of December , 19 74 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-681
BOND REDUCTION - IMPERIAL HILLS ANNEX
WHEREAS, Ecklund-Swedlund Homebuilders, as developer, have platted Imperial Hills Annex
and therein dedicated certain streets, and pursuant to certain provisions of the City
Ordinances and Development Contract No. A-131 dated May 6, 1974 have undertaken to
construct certain streets and utilities within said plat, and
WHEREAS, said sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, sidewalk, park construction
and street (except for some minor repairs) have been substantially completed by the
developer, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested that his Letter of Credit in the amount of
$81,737.00 is hereby reduced and replaced by a bond in the amount of $27,000.00
(Wolverine Insurance Co., Battle Creek, Michigan #B211004) said bond to insure
completion of boulevard sodding, drainage swales and bituminous roadways.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilma , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ID following voted in favor thereof: Mater Hilde, Councilmen Seibold
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
