The following members were present: r e, ounc meS—eMn d and Spaeth { ` The 0 ow ng members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Neils Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-577 APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT NO. 507 - WELL NO. 4 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on October 7, 1974, the consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., has prepared plans and specifications for the construction of Well No. 4 in accordance with the report on Water Distribution for Plymouth, Minnesota dated 1972, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval, ©NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk shz`1 prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approve pans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for two days and shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the Clerk until ll; -o A.M. on December 16 1974 a at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, located at 14900 23rd Avenue North, by the City Manager and City Engineer, will then be tabulated and will he considered by the Council at 7:30 p.m. on December 16, 1974 in the Council Chambers; and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashiers check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5% of the amount of such bid.
