LANCASTER LANE LIFT STATION FORCE MAIN
WH:4EAS, pursuant to an advertisment for bids for the improvement of the Lancaster
Lane Lift Station Force Main, Project 401-002, as part of the Northeast Sanitary Sewer
Trunk Improvement, bids were received on November 8, 1974, opened and tabulated
according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement,

WHEREAS. the City Council feels it is in the best interests of the City to award the
contract based on Base Bid No. 1,
WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction Company of Minneal-olis, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOT
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Northdale Construction of Minneapolis, Minnesota in the name of the
City of Plymouth for the improvement of the Lancaster Lane Lift Station Force Main
Project 401-002 as part of the Northeast Sanitary Sewer Trunk Improvement accordigg
to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in
. the office of the City Clerk for the low bid amount of $96,040.00 for Base Bid No. 1.

2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Selbold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: none. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
