Councilman S aeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-673
ASSESSMENT ABATEMENT - ROGER FAZENDIN - FAZENDIN PARK FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has levied the following assessments on Lot 1,
Block 2, Fazendin Park 4th Addition
Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Lateral - Levy 58% - $2,040.00
WHEREAS, sanitary sewer and water services were not provided for Said Lot 1, and
WHEREAS, it is feasible to provide said sanitary sewer and water main services from
Fountain Lane once it is extended south of 22nd Avenue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the previously levied sanitary sewer and water main lateral assessments
are hereby removed from Lot 1, Block 2, Fazendin Park 4th Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
