Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-572
REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY STUDY OF SPEED LIMIT ON
COUNTY ROAD 10 BETWEEN I-494 AND ZACHARY LANE
WHEREAS, because of the blind intersection, school bus pickup points, etc. it is
felt that the present 50 mph speed limit along County Road 10 between I-494 and
Zachary Lane is too high,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Hennepin County Engineer is requested to study the speed limit on
County Road 10 between I-494 and Zachary Lane to determine the safe speed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilm and upon vote being taken thereon. the
