CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he own tie 2nd day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-571
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET
PRIOR TO FILING WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY OF RESOLUTION NO. 74-570
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of the division
of Lot 3, Lake Park Acres, requested y Juel Svenkerud,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the resolution approving said subdivision shall not be filed with the
Council unti" the following conditions are met:
1. A cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund in the amount of $150 be paid.
2. Any new sewer or water connections be made at the owner's expense.
3. Nc building permit will be issued for proposed Parcel B until such time as
public utilities are available.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, :.he
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Seibold
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
