Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the 2nd day
of December19 74 The following members were present:Mayor Hitde
and Councilmen Seff o and: aeth
The following rs were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Neils
Councilmen Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-569
SUNDAY SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE"- RADISSON INN
WHEREAS, an application for Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License has been received
by the City Council from the Radisson Hotel Corporation for the Radisson Inn Plymouth,
in accordance with Chapter III. Section 4.16.1, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License be approved for Radisson Inn
Plymouth for a period to expire January 31, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote teing taken thereon, the
