Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution And
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-568
PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE - DANIEL J. CASTONGUAY
WHEREAS, Daniel J. Castonguay has submitted an application for Peddlers, Solicitors
and Transient Merchants License to the City Council for approval, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code,
NOW. -THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License be
approved for a period to expire December 31, 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mai or�Hilde , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
