Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: A portion of the North Central Sanitary Sewer Interceptor between the following points: 15A to 15 15 to 16 16 to 16C 16C to 16A 16A to 168 (from a point on 36th Avenue North approximately 2600 feet west of Zachary Lane; thence In a northwesterly direction to the approximate intersection of Larch Lane and County Road 9; thence northerly along Larch Lane to approximately 1400 feet north of 45th Avenue) as shown on the report on the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, 1972 and subsequent report Supplement on the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, 1973, Alternate B; Water main trunk from the intersection of 36th Avenue and Jonquil Lane north to the intersection df Larch Lane and County Road 9 and further along Larch Lane from County Road 9 to a nnint approximately 1400 feet north of 45th Avenue. Sanitary Sewer lateral, water main lateral, 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter on 45th Avenue from Larch Lane easterly and northerly to the terminus in the cul-de-sac in theplat of Shorewood Acres Addition; Larch Lane between County Road 9 and approximately 1400 feet north of 45th Avenue by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage fatalities, and' all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council on December 2, 1974, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost Resolution N6: 74.567 Page Two • • s, of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 • (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $894,095.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 16th day of December, 1974, in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 - 23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 P.M., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstafned: none. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. _ .,,
