Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-566
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF PREVIOUrLY PLATTED STREETS
WITHIN THE MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK THIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A, 414.851, the Carlson Companies have petitioned the City
Council for vacation of certain previously platted streets within the area now known
as the Minneapolis Industrial Park, 3rd Addition, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and hereby does establish the date of January 20. 1975 at 7:30 P.M.
at the Council Chanters, Public Weeks Building, as the time and place for the public
hearing on said petition, and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of
said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rasolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
