Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ireeting of the City
Council of the City of PTyzeuth, Minnesota, ryas held on the 18th day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO 74665
AUTHORIZING THE COMMISSIONER OF HIGHWAYS TO ACT AS THE CITY'S AGENT -IN SECURING
FEDERAL FUNDING - T.H. 101 PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, Minnesota is desirous of securing Federal Aid
Urban funds for the improvement of T.N. 101 between T.H. 32 and.approximtply
1000 feet north of County Road 6,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, • MINNESOTA that the Commissioner of Highways be and he is Hereby
authorized and requested to talesuch steps and perform such acts on•behalf
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota as may be necessary to have the construction
and improvement of the road hereinafter described -properly approved by the
Federal Highway Administrator as the Federal Aid Urbgn project eligible for
the expenditures of federal funds thereon and eligible for present construction'
and the letting of a contract therefor.
