RECEIVMG REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
PROJECT 504 ZACHARY LANE.STREET-IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the.Council adopted• October- 7,.1974 a 'report has
been prepared by Bonestroo; Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to -the
improvement of Zachary Lane between.£ounty Road 9 and: 36th..Aveoue by the construction of -
9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, water mains, and all.
necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council on -November 18, 1974,
NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council will consider the improvement of such.street in accordance -with the report
and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost -of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011•to. 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended)
at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 559,401.00. -
02. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement.on the•16th day of December, 1974
at the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900:23rd'Avenue•North,-
at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and -published notice of.such hearing end -
improvement as required by law.
