Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adaption:
RESOLUTION NO. .74-563
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
PROJECT 502 - MAPLEDELL TRUNK SEWER & WATER 3 SEWER LATERALS IN MAPLEDELL IST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council ad% ted October 7,:'1974, d report has
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to
the improvement of: 1)An extension of the portion of the south district.sanitary sewer.
interceptor from the intersection of 27th Avenue and Dunkirk Lane then easterly approximately
1400 feet then northerly 1700 feet to point 51A (Mapledell Trunk) as shown on.the report
of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota dated 1972, and..2_10n Comstock ;
Lane, 29th Avenue, and Black Oaks Lane all within the Mapledell First Addition .by the
construction -of sanitary sewer, water main, drainage structures', -and 7 -ton bituminous•
street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and this report
was received by the Council on November 18, 1974,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF�PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
�1. The Council will consider the improvement of tuck street in accordadce:with the.report
and the assessment of abutting property for all- or a portion of the tost of••the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended)
at an estimated• total cost of the improvement of 1;541,534.00.
2.-A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on. the. l6th•day of .December, 1974.in•.
the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14980 23rd Avenua:North, at
7:30 p.m. and the Clerk' shall -give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
Improvement as required by law.
