Councilman Seibold introduced tha Follo;€incg Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-658
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO..1 `
PROJECTS 307, 406 & 407 --
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,; Anderlik
and Associates, -Inc. and payment is.recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF'PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:'
that the staff is authorized to.make" payment on Request for.Payment No.:l-in the amount.
of $46,332.94 on Projects No. 307, 406 & 407, (Radisson Motor Inn site., Creekwood Heights
Storih Sewer, and 25th Avenue Street Sufacing) to Alexander Construction ComP4ny.
