The following members ware present: Mayor Hil= ounc men IT0 s and— eibold The o ow ng members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth ♦tw *t,r +t+rir Councilman Seibold introd,iced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7"-557 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - JEROME P. BEGIN WHEREAS, Jerome P. Begin has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to continue the operation of a sanitary landfill at the southeast corner of I-494 and County Road 9, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and does recommend approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Jerome P. Begin for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to continue the operation of a sanitary landfill at the southeast corner of I-494 and County Road 9, is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. No garbage. 2. No burning. 3. Attendant during open hours. 4. Nightly coveriftq with six inches of appropriate soil. 5. No toxic wastes or solvents. 6. Permit application approval by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Hennepin County Public Works Department Environmental Division. 7. Thal- enforcement procedures be implemented by the City, County and PCA to insure that the conditions specified and the operation procedures called for are not violated. B. That this permit is to expire June 30, 1975. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the o icw ng vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold TNe--following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
