Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of "he City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution ind
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-555
CANVASS OF SPECIAL CITY ELECTION
WHEREAS, a Special City Election was held on the 5th day of November, 1974, concurrent
with the State General Election, in the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, this Council has canvassed the returns of said election along with all other
pertinent data relative to this election,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the results of the Special City Election are hereby certified as follows:
SHALL THE CITY COUNCIL BE AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE SPECIAL LICENSES FOR THE
SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR ON SUNDAY IN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH?

No . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1,892
and that the issue be declared approved by the voters of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils and Spaeth
