Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-552
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
PROJECT 503 - NATHAN LANE FROM EO'JNTY ROAD 9 TO 49TH AVENUE '
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council Adopted October 7, 1974 a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anaerlik and Associates, Inc. with reference
to the improvement of Nathan Lane between County Road'9 and 49th Avenue by the '
-construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and related
storm sewer construction and all necessary appurtenances, and this report was
received by the Council on November 4,1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY -THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
. 1. The Council will consider the improvement of 'such street in accordance with the'•
report and the assessment of abutting property for all'or a portion.of the cost =
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
Of $ 305,324.59,
"2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 2nd day
of December, 1974 at the Council Chambers in the City Public Wor*s Building,
14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m, and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
