Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
-RESOLUTION NO. 74-549
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
PROJECTS NO. 404 & 405
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestrob, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL•OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No.3.
in the amount of $50,249.20 to Alexander Construction.Company for Rrojects 404 and
405, Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue Street Improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
