APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4'
PROJECT NO. 305
WHEREAS. Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates. Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 4.
in the amount of $56,761.29 to Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. on Project -.305, Vicksburg
Lane Street Improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoino ttesofution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and uo-in vole being talon thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Alk Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
