Council of the City of Plyrouth, Minnesota, ares held on the 4th day

Councilman Seibold introduced the follorting Resolution and
moved its adoption:
-RESOLUTION NO. '74-547
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 402
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by-Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderllk and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEr BY 1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authoriZad to make payment on Request for Payment No. 2
to the Amount of $101,622.45 to Erickson Brothers Construction, Inc. for Project 402,
-Northeast Trunk Water Main.
The e:ation for the adoption of the foresoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
