Councilman Seibold introduced the follming Resolution and
moved its adoption:
-RESOLUTION NO. 74-546.
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 401
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NdW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, .
MINNESOTA, that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request -for Payment No: 2
in the .amount of $127,226.07 to Rauenhorst Corporation for Project 401, Northeast.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
