Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
of November19 74 . The following members were present: Mayor
Hil , ounce men unt NeiTs—.Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Seibold introdisced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-545
GRANTING RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE BOND - PER REQUEST OF FLOYD B. OLSON
WHEREAS, Floyd B. Olson has requettcd release of the landscape bond for Real Estate
Office at 11425 Olson Memorial Highway, and
WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected the landscaping on this property and finds it to
be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in general agreement with the
. approved landscape plan for this site,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Floyd B. Olson for release of the landscape bond for Real
Estate Office at 11425 Olson Memorial Highway is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing vote in favor thereof Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstain: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
