Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 4th day
of November . 19 74 . The following members were present:Mavor Hilde,

RESOLUTION NO. 74-543
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 415 - WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adop-ed the 7th day of October, 1974. fixed a
date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 21st Avenue from Lancaster
Lane to Kilmer Lane and Kilmer Lane from 21st Avenue to 19th Avenue; on 17th Avenue
between East Medicine Lake Blvd. and Kilmer Lane and on Kilmer Lane between 17th Avenue
• and 18th Avenue and 18th Avenue between East Medicine Lake Blvd. and Kilmer Lane; ;---,Id
on 24th Avenue between Lancaster Lane and County Road 18 service road and on 25th
Avenue between Lancaster Lane and County Road 18 service road and on the County
Road 18 service road between 23rd Avenue and 21st Avenue, by the installation of
water main and all necessary appurtenances. and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of
October, 1974, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
1. Such improvement for only 21st Avenue from Lancaster Lane to Kilmer Lane, and
Kilmer Lane from 21st Avenue to 19th Avenue, is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council resolution adopted November 4, 1974.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
