Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a —re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
of November , 19 74 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Counclimen Hunt, Neils, SetYoTd and Spaeth _
The following members were absent: none

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution rnd
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-542
DIRECTIVE TO STAFF RE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT - GREENTREE WEST
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council, by Resolution No. 74-541, has approved the preliminary
plat and Residential Subdivision Unit Project of Greentree West, and
WHEREAS, Earl Nelson, developer of Greentree West, as petitioned the City Council to
install streets and utilities within Greentree West as a public improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the administrative staff of the City is hereby directed to incorporate the
• following features in the design of said public improvement:
1. Sewer and water laterals shall be constructed in a logical grid thereby fronting
properties not a part of the Greentree West development.
�. Hook-ups to properties not a part of the Greentree West project shall be by standard
City policy.
3. The Greentree West developer shall be credited such additional costs as may
accrue to the total project as the result of said extra lateral extensions at
such time as the nook -ups not a part of the Greentree West development take place.
4. Those involved properties not a part of the Greentree West project shall be made
a part of a public improvement hearing, which will be held concurrent with approval
of final plat, so that they have benefit of an assessment hearing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10 o owing vote in aver thereof:— Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against orabstained: none _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
