Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a— meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was eld on the 4th day
of November , 19 74 . The following members were present: Mavor
Hi men un , NeiTs— Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution end
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-541
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION UNIT PROJECT
OF GREENTREE WEST
WHEREAS, Earl Nelson has requested approval of the Preliminary Plat and Residential
Subdivision Unit Project of Greentree West, located on 66.4+ acres at the West
City Limits and south of County Road 24, consisting of 124 Tots, and
• WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Earl Nelson for approval of the Preliminary Plat and Residential
Subdivision Unit Project of Greentree West, located on 66.4+ acres at the West
City Limits and south of County Road 24, consisting of 124 Tots, be hereby approved,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The City Engineer's recommendations be incorporated in the Final Plat.
2. The City Park and Recreation Advisory Commissic-i recommendations be incorporated
in the Final Plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof:-- Mayor Hiide. Councilman
Hunt. Neils, and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
