Item:Instructions to participate in the Virtual Special Council Meeting
1. Action Requested:
The Mayor provides instructions for the public to listen to or watch the meeting by phone or online.
2. Background:
Council meetings will be conducted virtually (via Zoom webinar/conference call) due to the state of
local emergency for the COVID 19 pandemic. The Mayor, Council Members, and staff will participate
in this meeting via telephone/video conference.
Written comments may be submitted for inclusion in the Council packet by emailing
sengdahl@plymouthmn.gov.
Please notify the City Clerk at sengdahl@plymouthmn.gov if you wish to watch or listen to an item
at the meeting. There is no opportunity for the public to participate during special council meetings.
We ask that you notify her at least one hour prior to the meeting time to ensure she receives your
message. She will provide the password to the meeting to you at that time.

Matthew Plec, who served on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, recently submitted his
resignation.

RESOLUTION APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO THE
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Matthew Plec, who served on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, has submitted
his resignation; and
WHEREAS, the Council conducted interviews on April 28 for this vacancy; and
NOW,THEREFORE,BEITHEREBYRESOLVEDBYTHECITYCOUNCILOFTHECITYOFPLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that _________________________ is appointed to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
for a term that expires January 31, 2023.
