Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of the City
CounV' to%F he City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held cn the 28th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-540
TRANSFER OF CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY -
RADIO CAB COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Radio Cab Company has requested a transfer of Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity for one vehicle, in accordance with Chapter III, Section
8 of the City Code,
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, granted by the City
Council in Resolution No. 74-34, be transfered from Vehicle #1 - a 1971 Chevrolet,
Serial No. 16496IJ191682 - to Vehicle #2 - a 1974 Chevrolet, Serial No.
1L69H4J282596.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor t ereof': Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
'die following voted -against or abstained: none. Councilman Neils had left the meeting,)
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
