CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day
of October , 19 74. The following members were present: Mayor

Councilman Seibold introd-iced the following Resolution and
moved Its adaption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-538
APPROVING THE REVISED EMERGENCY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the State Civil Defense Act requires every City to have an Emergency
Plan, and
WHEREAS, such a Plan has previously been adopted by this Council and a revised Plan
has been prepared by the Civil Defense Coordinator,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the revised Emergency Plan for the City of Plymouth, dated July, 1974, be
and the same is hereby adopted as the official City Emergency Plan superceding
any previous Emergency Plans.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an adopted.
