Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, asoeci__� meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was �lld on t� a 28th day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-537
APPOINTMENT OF CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Manager has appointed Nell Fitzgerald as the Clerk for the
City of Plymouth effective October 28, 1974, to serve for an indefinite term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the appointment of Nell Fitzgerald as City Clerk be and the same if hereby
• confi ned.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
.
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
TF5`7511owing voted against or abstained: none. Councilman Neils had left the meeting.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly—passed and adopted.
