Houle Landscaping •Erickson Brothers, Beatson 8 Kelly Hood,, Inc. American Contracting G.L. Contracting C.S. McCrossan Erwin Montgomery Construction Shafer Contracting WHEREAS* it appears that Irving lowest responsible bidder, $234,746.95 $235.418.30 $243,400.60 $244,300.20 $248,656.50 $260,672.70 $263,044.79 $263,691.70 $267,292.49 $268,459.95 $271.796.50 =275.327.50 $285.325.35 $898.974.75 Lamppa Construction of Minneapolis. Minnesota, is the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Irving Lamppa Construction of Minneapolis. Minnesota in the now of the Cit yy of Plymouth for the improvement of Xanium Lane from the Minnesota Industrial Railroad toe a point approximately 1600'fuet south by the conttrdction of sanit&6 saver, water main, storm sewer and 9 *Wn street and all necessary appurtenances according . to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in theodffice of the City Clerk. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and dlrec$gd to retun forthwith to all bidders the deposits maded with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until the contract has been signed. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by'Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,�,
