RESOLUTION NO. 74-532
ACCEPTING BIDS - PROJECT NO. 413
WHEREAS, pursuant to an adver-uisment for bids for the improvement of the proposed 28th
Avenue in the proposed Circle Star Ousiness Center Second Addition (east of Niagara Lane
and north of 27th Avenue) by the construction of sanitary sewer, water main. store sewer,
and street paving, bids were received on October 25, 1474, opened and tabulated according
to law. the following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that Nodland Associates. Inc. of Alexandria, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Nodland Associates, Inc. of Alexandria, Minnesota, in the name of the
City of Plymouth for the improvement of proposed 28th Avenue in the proposed Circle
Star Business Center Second Addition (east of Niagara Lane and north of 27th Avenue)
by the construction of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer. -and street paving'
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2, -'The City Clerk is hereby authorized ant" directed to return forthwith to all bidders
the deposits made with ;their bids, except that.�the deposit of the successfuljb'tder
and the next lowest un
bidder shall be retained til a contract has been signed.
OThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded br Councilman
r Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hiide, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained:
none.; whereupon the resolution was deatared duly passed and adopted.
