Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOL.iTION NO. 74-531
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT 507 - WELL NO. 4
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October'7, 1974,a report has
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to
the improvement of Well No. 4 in accordance with the report on Water Distribution.
for Plymouth, Minnesota date 1972 and this report was received by the council on
Octobeo 28, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVLO BY -THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
-MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
• October 28, 1974. .
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associate., Inc. is hereby designated as engineer
fdr the improvement. He shall prepare pians and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couni and upon vote being taken thereon. the
