moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-530
RECEIVING REPORT -AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
FERNBROOK LANE FROM T.H. 55 T9 2000 FEET NORTH —PROJECT 501
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 7, 1974.a report has I
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates- Inc. with,reference to
the improvement of Fernbrook Lane between T.H. 55 and approximately 2000 feet north
by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage -
structures, and all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council
on October 28, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of said street in accorUAnce with the report.
and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost- of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes; Sections 429.011 to 429:111 (Laws, 1953,
Ch..398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement•of $166,447.00.
2. The City Council will consider said improvement only between T.H. 55 and approximately 'I
1000 feet north (north line of Lot 1, Bfock 2, Fox Meadows First Addition).
3. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 18th day of November,
1974 in the Council Chambers in the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd -Avenue North
at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing ard.
