APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
PROJECTS NO. 408 & 409
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared'by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc., and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 3, in the amount
of 'x5,939.78 to Buffalo Bituminous for Projects 408, 34th Avenue Streets and Project 409,
Pvonue Sidewalks.
