CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, wasepi l don 28th day
of October 19 74 . The following members were present: Mayor
Hi e, Councilmen Hunt Nt Seibold and Spaeth
The o owing members were absent: none

Councilman Hunt introOuced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-527
RELEASE OF DRAINAGE AND LANDSCAPE BOND - BELMAR BUILDERS. INC.
WHEREAS, BelMar Builders, Inc. has requested release of the drainage and land-
scape bond for an office/warehouse building at 2520 Xenium Lane, and
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the drainage and landscaping on this property
and finds it to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in agreement
iowith the approved landscape plan for this site,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of BelMar Builders, Inc. for release of the drainage and land-
scape bond for an office/warehouse building at 2520 Xenium Lane is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken therecr. the
following vote in favor thereof Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth__ _
