Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-526
_IGHTING - PILGRIM LANE HOCKEY RINK
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that the City
undertake the lighting of the Pilgrim Lane Hockey Rink for the 1974 season, and
WHEREAS, the Council has previously approved the five-year CIP which provides for
such lighting in 1975,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the proposal of Weaver Electric Company, Inc. in the amount of $3,625 to
install six 1000 -watt mercury fixtures as contained in their proposal dated
October 9 be and the same is hereby accepted;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $3,625 be appropriated from the Neighborhood
Park Account of the Park Dedication Fund for this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
