Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, areau meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 21st day
of October , 1974 The following members were present: Mayor
Hi e, unc men un , Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The follomiag members were absent: none
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-522
APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS. Mr. Harold Swofford has resigned from the Board of Zoning Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, Mr. John B. Davis has indicated his desire and willingness to serve
on the Board of Zoning Adjustment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Mr. John B. Davis be and the same is hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning
Adjustment for a term ending January 31, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutior was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ActinMayor Hun$ Councilmen
Neils and Seibold. (Mayor Hi de had left the meeting.
