RESOLUTION NO. 74-521
PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF KILMER LANE
BETWEEN 35TH AND 36TH AVENUES
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to consider the prohibiting of parking on
the east side of Kilmer Lane between 35th and 36th Avenues, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department and staff have investigated this request and
recommended it for approval.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that parking be prohibited on the east side of Kilmer Lane between 35th and
36th Avenues.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor t ereo : Actino Mayor Hont. Councilman
Neils Seibold and Spaeth
e ollowIng voted against or abstained, none_ (Mayor Hilda had left thp-meeting.)
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
