The following members were present: Mayor Hit edF7 ung hunt Nei -Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption; RESOLUTION NO. 74-520 AGREEMENT WITH METROPOLITAN ANIMAL PATROL. SERVICES. INC. WHEREAS, the Police Chief and City Manager have recommended that the City enter into an agreement with the Metropolitan Animal Patrol Services, Inc. (MAPSI) for 1975 by the terms of which MAPSI will act to enforce the City's dog ordinance, and WHEREA5, the City Council has reviewed the recommendations and finds that the public health, safety and welfare will be enhanced by the execution of this agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and the City Manager be and the same are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Metropolitan Animal Patrol Services, Inc. for animal patrol services for one year commencing January 1, 1975. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by fes. uncilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the ollowing voted in favor thereof: –`` S ib l'd and SpaethActing Mayor Hunt.
