Councilman Neils introduced the following P.esolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-517
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
NORTHEAST TRUNK WATER MAIN PROJECT 402
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Ronestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended. Their estimate includes payment for material
on the job site. The contractor has supplied the papers required by the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT THEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1 in the amount of
#281,039.46 to Erickson Brothers Contracting, Inc. for Project 402, Northeast Trunk Water
•Main.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Eesolution %.,as duly seconded by
Colmcilman Seihnld , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
