Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-515
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT 110. 1
PROJECT 401 - NORTHEAST SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1 in the amount
of $82,475.91 to Rauenhorst Corporation on Project 401, Northeast Sanitary Sewer Interceptor.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
