CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuart to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of October 1974 The following members were present:. Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent:- none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-511
PLAT 43736 PARCEL 3265 (SALMON PARCEL) -
PROJECT NO. 404 - NATHAN LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has compiled a list of future and pending
assessments on Plat 43736 Parcel 3265 for Council review, and
WHEREAS, said assessments would cause an undue hardship on said parcel because of
Its particular lot dimenstion, shape and total area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the assessment to Plat 43736 Parcel 3265 (Salmon Parcel) on the Na-chan Lane
Street Improvement Project No. 404 not be included when the assessment roll is
prepared for same.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
