Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-510
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT 134
WHEREAS. the following described parcels of pruperty are single family resident4al
property in land zoned for commercial -industrial use,
WHEREAS, the Council on April 1, 1974 adopted Resolution #74-181 relative to deferred
assessments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that said deferred assessmen, policy as described in Resolution N74-181. dated April 1, 1974.
is applied to the following parcels:
