CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waseh ld on the 21st day
of October , 19 74 . The following members were present: Mayor
Hi e, ounc men unt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
Tfie Tollowing members were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth Introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOL'.ITION NO. 74-509
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WELCOME COMMUNITY HOME, INC.
WHEREAS, Welcome Community Home, Inc. has requested renewal of their Conditional
Use Permit to operate a Group Home for Retarded Children at St. Mary's of the
Lake Church, 115 North Forestview Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Welcome Community Home, Inc. for renewal of their Conditional
Use Permit be reviewed on an annual basis and no more than 16 children be housed
at the facility without further review.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof-. Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against orabstained: none yor HIM had lefte meeting.)
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
