RESOLUTION NO. 74-505
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE ARTICLES OF
ASSOCIATION AND RECIPROCAL FIRE SERVICE AGREEMENT
OF THE LAKE REGION FIRE LEAGUE
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief and City Manager have recommended that the City continue
Its participation in the Lake Region Fire League, and
WHEREAS, said League has expanded its representation to include the communities
of Chaska, Victoria and St. Bonifacius, and
WHEREAS, the Association provides for the mutual assistance of members of the
League for fire protection and furtherance of the public health. safety and
wet fare,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Mayor and City Manager be and the same are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the necessary Articles of Association and Reciprocal Service Agreement
of the Lake Region Fire League.
