CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of October , 19 74 . The following members were present: Maor _

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
move 'its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-502
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY
OF THE SUBDIVISION VARIANCE FOR LEO LUND AND JOHN H. GULLICKSON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of a Subdivision
Variance for a Parcel "A" and a Parcel "B" located in Section 36, Township 118,
Range 22, requested by Leo Lund and John H. Gullickson,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the Resolution approving said subdivision variance not be filed
with the County until the following conditions are met:
1. The granting of 33 feet of right-of-way along South Shore Drive be applicable
to Parcels "A" and "B".
2. The payment of Park Dedication Fund for Parcel "A" be made at the time the
parcel is develope(i.
3. A revised Site Plan for Parcel "A" be submitted for approval complying with
present Zoning Ordinance requirements at time of development of that parcel.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
